De Italiaanse autoriteit voor gegevensbescherming (DPA) heeft een boete van 7.000 euro opgelegd aan de "Health Protection Agency" van de metropool Milaan, afdeling "Workplace Prevention and Safety Service" in het noorden van Milaan. De verantwoordelijke partij heeft medische gegevens van een betrokkene doorgegeven aan diens werkgever zonder een voldoende juridische basis.
