De Spaanse autoriteit voor gegevensbescherming (DPA) heeft een boete van 1.000 euro opgelegd aan een vereniging van huisbezitters. De vereniging had de persoonlijke gegevens van schuldenaars in de hal van een gebouw tentoongesteld, wat een schending vormde van de geheimhoudingsplicht. De vereniging heeft tegen deze beslissing in beroep gevoerd, maar de AEPD (Spaanse autoriteit voor gegevensbescherming) heeft dit beroep afgewezen.
