De Spaanse gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit heeft een boete opgelegd aan de eigenaar van een advocatenkantoor. De verantwoordelijke partij heeft persoonlijke informatie in een e-mail naar buiten verstuurd omdat er onvoldoende technische en organisatorische maatregelen waren genomen. De oorspronkelijke boete van 1.000 euro is verlaagd tot 600 euro vanwege de directe betaling en de erkenning van verantwoordelijkheid door de verantwoordelijke partij.
