De Roemeense Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (DPA) heeft een boete van 25.000 euro opgelegd aan NTT DATA ROMANIA S.A. De verantwoordelijke partij heeft onvoldoende technische en organisatorische maatregelen genomen, wat heeft geleid tot een datalek. Bovendien heeft de verantwoordelijke partij de DPA niet binnen 72 uur na kennisgeving van het incident geïnformeerd over het datalek.
