Data Transfers Watch the full length video here: On September 3rd, our honorary chairman, Max Schrems, participated in a hearing of the European Parliament to discuss the judgment of EU-US data transfers which invalidated Privacy Shield and defined the validity of standard contractual clauses. Together with EU Commissioner for Justice, Didier Reynders and Head of the EDPB, Andrea Jelinek, they debated the fundamental rights to data protection, as well as future transfer mechanisms.
