Hoger beroep: ECLI:NL:RBNHO:2024:4750 (niet gepubliceerd). Wissing mocht worden geweigerd, gelet op hetgeen overwogen in ECLI:NL:RVS:2026:226. Artikel 16 AVG recht op rectificatie vereist wel concretisering van wat onjuist is aan zijn in de FSV geregistreerde persoonsgegevens. Dat is niet gebeurd. Het enkele willen bereiken dat de naam wordt gezuiverd is onvoldoende. (r.o. 6.1)
