Les noms et prénoms des personnes figurant sur la liste de réserve du concours général A 7/A 6 COM/A/637 ou des fonctionnaires mentionnés dans les décisions individuelles de nomination au grade A 6, adoptées depuis le 5 octobre 1995, peuvent être considérés comme des données à caractère personnel au sens de l’article 2, sous a), du règlement n° 45/2001 (voir, en ce sens, arrêt Commission/Bavarian Lager, point 36 supra, point 68). La communication de telles données entre dans la définition du « traitement », au sens de l’article 2, sous b), du règlement n° 45/2001 (voir, en ce sens, arrêt Commission/Bavarian Lager, point 36 supra, point 69).
