Artificial Intelligence AI and Machine Learning AI Risk Assessment Prohibited AI Practices Annex III Amendments Provider Obligations for AI Systems Conformity Assessment for AI Systems High-Risk AI Classification

In order to ensure a high level of trustworthiness of high-risk AI systems, those systems should be subject to a conformity assessment prior to their placing on the market or putting into service.
