De verwerker dient de verwerkingsverantwoordelijke, indien nodig en op verzoek, bij te staan om ervoor te zorgen dat de verplichtingen ingevolge de uitvoering van gegevensbeschermingseffectbeoordelingen en voorafgaande raadpleging van de toezichthoudende autoriteit worden nagekomen.
