Voor een geharmoniseerde toepassing en handhaving van deze verordening is het belangrijk dat de nationale autoriteiten, waaronder nationale rechterlijke instanties, over alle informatie beschikken die nodig is om hun beslissingen niet indruisen tegen een besluit van de Commissie uit hoofde van deze verordening. Dit doet geen afbreuk aan artikel 267 VWEU.
