Entry into force and application

Special Categories of Data Entry Into Force Standards Publication
  1. 1.

    This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in theOfficial Journal of the European Union.

  2. 2.

    This Regulation shall apply from 17 February 2024.
