Opschortende werking bezwaar en beroep
De werking van de beschikking tot oplegging van de bestuurlijke boete wordt opgeschort totdat de bezwaar- of beroepstermijn is verstreken of, indien bezwaar is gemaakt of beroep is ingesteld, totdat op het bezwaar of het beroep is beslist.
