The Italian DPA has imposed a fine of EUR 10,000 on AcegasApsAmga SpA. A former employee had filed a complaint with the DPA due to the controller's failure to respond to their requests for access to their personal data. The employee needed this data for their defense in a disciplinary proceeding.
