The Romanian DPA has imposed a fine of EUR 2,000 on ALPHA BANK ROMANIA SA. The controller had suffered a data breach due to an employee mismanaging recording systems. During its investigation, the DPA found that the controller had failed to implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data.
