The Italian DPA has imposed a fine of EUR 6,000 on the Interprovincial Order of Medical Radiology Technicians and Technical Health Professions in Rehabilitation and Prevention of AQ - CH - PE - TE. The controller forwarded data without a sufficient legal basis and also failed to appoint a DPO.
