The Spanish DPA has imposed a fine of EUR 2,000 on the ASOCIACIÓN NACIONAL DE TASADORES Y PERITOS JUDICIALES INFORMÁTICOS. The controller published a court ruling which included the personal data of a data subject. When the data subject tried to exercise their rights, the controller failed to react adequately to the request.
