Kamerstukken II 36733, nr. 4. Uitvoeringswet dataverordening. De Afdeling advisering van de RvS was kritisch over de aanwijzing van de Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens als toezichthouder op hoofdstuk V van de dataverordening en suggereerde dat ook de ACM hier een grotere rol zou kunnen spelen in plaats van de AP.
