De Spaanse autoriteit voor gegevensbescherming (DPA) heeft een boete van 30.000 euro opgelegd aan THE RED KIWI, S.L. De verantwoordelijke partij heeft een WhatsApp-groep opgericht voor haar klanten, waarbij de mobiele telefoonnummers van andere klanten aan de leden van de groep werden bekendgemaakt.
