De Spaanse gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit heeft YUNEXPRESS SPAIN, S.L. een boete van 5.400 euro opgelegd. De verantwoordelijke partij heeft een dataverwerker gebruikt en heeft geen voldoende gegevensverwerkings overeenkomst gesloten. De oorspronkelijke boete van 9.000 euro is verlaagd tot 5.400 euro vanwege de directe betaling en de erkenning van verantwoordelijkheid door de verantwoordelijke partij.
