De Spaanse gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit (DPA) heeft ARCONADA 1932, S.L. een boete van 900 euro opgelegd. De verantwoordelijke partij heeft niet adequaat gereageerd op de communicatie van de DPA. De oorspronkelijke boete van 1.500 euro is verlaagd tot 900 euro vanwege de directe betaling en de erkenning van verantwoordelijkheid door de verantwoordelijke partij.
