De Roemeense autoriteit voor gegevensbescherming (DPA) heeft SC Diamir SRL een boete van 1.000 euro opgelegd. De verantwoordelijke partij heeft niet voldoende meegewerkt met de toezichthoudende autoriteit en heeft ook persoonlijke gegevens aan derden verstrekt zonder een voldoende juridische basis.
