De Spaanse autoriteit voor gegevensbescherming (DPA) heeft een boete opgelegd aan een advocaat. De verantwoordelijke partij heeft gegevens van een betrokkene verwerkt zonder voldoende juridische basis. De oorspronkelijke boete van 2.000 euro is verlaagd tot 1.200 euro vanwege de directe betaling en de erkenning van verantwoordelijkheid door de verantwoordelijke partij.
