Hammy Media) The Expertise Bureau Online Child Abuse (EOKM) has filed a lawsuit against Hammy Media, the operator of the porn website 'xhamster.com'. EOKM claims that this website may display visual material in violation of an earlier judgment of this court, which prohibits the publication of visual material showing persons who (1) have been surreptitiously filmed in places where they feel unprotected, or (2) perform sexual acts in private without their consent. In addition, EOKM claims that by publishing the unlawful footage, Hammy Media violates the portrait rights of Section 21 of the Copyright Act (Aw) and the General Data Protection Regulation (AVG).
