The Polish DPA has imposed a fine of EUR 23,500 on the Polish Minister for Digital Affairs. The Minister unlawfully processed personal data of Polish citizens in the PESEL database and disclosed those to Poczta Polska SA (Polish Post), in connection with the planned postal vote during the 2020 presidential election in Poland.
