The Spanish DPA has imposed a fine of EUR 180,000 on TRIVE CREDITSPAIN, S.L. The controller failed to adequatly comply with a order from the DPA. The original fine of EUR 225,000 was reduced to EUR 180,000 due to immediate payment by the controller.
