Aan artikel 5 van Verordening (EU) 2018/858 wordt het volgende lid toegevoegd:“4. Bij het vaststellen van gedelegeerde handelingen krachtens lid 3 betreffende artificiële-intelligentiesystemen die veiligheidscomponenten zijn in de zin van Verordening (EU) 2024/1689 van het Europees Parlement en de Raad (*), worden de eisen van hoofdstuk III, afdeling 2, van die verordening in aanmerking genomen.
