Aan artikel 11 van Verordening (EU) 2019/2144 wordt het volgende lid toegevoegd:“3. Bij het vaststellen van de uitvoeringshandelingen krachtens lid 2 betreffende artificiële-intelligentiesystemen die veiligheidscomponenten zijn in de zin van Verordening (EU) 2024/1689 van het Europees Parlement en de Raad (*), worden de eisen van hoofdstuk III, afdeling 2, van die verordening in aanmerking genomen.
